you recognize ip addresses?

Some IPs addresses just click in the brain for some reason. For instance I know that all of the GT admins can recognize Skater's IP.

Possibly.  I'm not sure if it's a dynamic IP or just two people in the same area.  It's not uncommon for several local friends to all get the same cheat.
