Committee voted to lift the IP ban. You should be able to play now.

How did that just work? Kid speedhacks, random euro complains and committee lifts entire ban?
Is there a standardized committee process for this sort of thing. And why is the post that you linked to locked? Once a decision is reached (or even during the making of decisions) shouldn't the minutes/transcript of the internal conversation be viewable for all players?
I'm sure this is repetitious posting and not even in the right place obviously, but the whole thing seems like it should be questioned (refer to first line).

CZ IP's are shared. Banning one IP can ban hundreds of players.
