I found another speeding idiot...

His name was SPARTAN5002 or SPARTANS002.
Same server (over an hour ago).
I do have a demo of this one as well, but I believe it's the same person as [GHOST]... So I will not be posting it before I know it's someone else.
And anyway, that demo is a WHOLE round long, and the guy only appears in the last 2 minutes... kind of a waste of time, you know?

Typically once there is very good evidence against a "cheater", it gets moved over to issues for committee.
