Here's why the forum ban would be nice. If you think it hinders anything then maybe only allow them to post in a specific section where they can only talk to the committee he determines their fate.

This is what is wrong with out ban times. He obviously doesn't care that he got caught or that he was banned again. He will continue to do this time and time again as long as you keep letting him come back. You should perm ban these multi offenders. Get rid of the lot of them. I'll be waiting on the others to follow. At least Nick admitted straight away but Chris should not receive a lighter sentence for his continuous vulgar use of the English language. This is a perfect example of repeat offender. When does it stop? Chris says he doesn't hack but then says he will rat on all the other hackers. Which one is it? You don't hack but everyone else around you does? Doubt it. Birds of a feather.......

lists the names that were recently used on the detection, not each name that he was detected using them on.

Maybe repeat offenders shouldn't get the option to get half the time off, or maybe the time should be tripled instead of doubled for repeats.

I can't lie, I wouldn't be sad to see Nick go as well. Although I also have to admit, his attitude has drastically imrpoved over the last few weeks.

Well, I will say this and it is a lot coming from me..... that nick has a lot better attitude than chris. If I am not mistaken they both have their own computers. If this is so, why was the cheats detected on Chris's pc as well as nicks?
