You hack to try to appear you are good. There is no self satisfaction if you cheat. The only thing left is other peoples opinion of you. So the only logical explanation is that you used hacks to try to "fit in" or try to get people to like you. Regardless it is just sad.
On another note, if you would like to dime anyone else out let us know.
