He lives near to me.80.139. is a dynamic IP so it would be ,for now,almost impossible to ban him.Unfortunately i've got the same IP(80.139.****) and the same Provider... :'(

I guess you're both right, Jitspoe can ban him forever on various IPs, but digi is right in the fact that he'll evade it. There is nothing to do, at least without sacrificing oOoOz and others. Perhaps Jitpsoe's question, asked in jest, is valid, and we need to find a better solution very soon.

Hopefully hardware bans will take care of that. If he continues to evade, he'll have to serve his time one way or another.

I think that if they evade the IP ban, then the hardware ban should be forever.

Cheating again and spoofing my name now? Cute. I guess that puts you up to 128 days. Hope you won't miss playing the game when hardware bans are implemented.

You should at least add those with >= 64 days.

Why not just have a 2nd chance after hardware bans are implemented, wipe the slates clean (except recent offenders)? Then if they choose to cheat again, ban them once and don't think of it ever again.
I'm in a second chance mood, maybe because my state just passed a law that would give a life in prison to anyone selling drugs within 1000 feet of a park. (A tougher penalty than murder, which is 7-20yrs)

Hackers just got a clean slates like one year ago. Thus only because jitspoe said they weren't really warned that there is detection. They don't deserve that anymore.

We should enforce a no cheat policy which does not include any 3 strike rule or juries...
Once you get caught, you need to face the punishment. Period.

That's too harsh. Wouldn't you or matze be banned then? So better rethink what you just said. 2nd offense=lifetime ban is better than with 3 though.

First of all i want to thank all these cd kids that they are so hard-working with mailing on that thread.
I even know all of you will reply on that Post and discussing with me but i doubt that i will waste my time with you kids :)
But lets get to the Point of the Thread ----> Hacker detected JiN <-----
Im not sorry because i hacked! I wont begging anyone to reduce my ban.
It was a really good game and i enjoyed the time but fortunaly i got a life.
Maybe some of these cD kids dont know what Im talking about but real life
is beeing with friends. Im not talking about the Pc MoseZ! The Pc isnt ur friend!

One Advice go out wear some normal clothes put your 10cm glasses away.
