It's the cheat that BSOD made.  Works for multiple games, thus the "global".  Unfortunately for sjklerhtar, Global Hack = Global Ban.

I want play this game now! i m not cheater ! this is a problem of "ips" how come i play with cheats if i don t know that this "litle game" have cheats omg but i like the game but 2 days of this game and BAN! ... oh my god

The first part of that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. And he only has 3 days left because the 32 day ban was reissued on June 19 and 32 days later makes it expire on July 21.
