Whats so bad about that really, I could see him brightening skins to make them easier to tell apart, I did that in another game I play.

It's considered hacking in this game. It allows him to have an unfair advantage against other players to make player skins which are more visible than the standard skins that come with the game. He has most likely brightened ("modified") his skins for that purpose.

But on the same possibility your computer screen could have a higher level of brightness by default therefore you also have advantages over others, and you could have better computer, with say .1 second faster mouse response and the list can go on and on.

Nothing wrong with that but altering the game content to your advantage is hacking. Enjoy your vacation. :)

Earlier you stated that something that gives someone an unfair advantage is hacking, and now you say there is nothing wrong with someone unfairly having the screen brightness up, and that someone who might have a dying screen who needs to do that to make everyone else not have an unfair advantage deserves a ban?

Dude you don't read well... I said modifying game content to give you an unfair advantage against other players is hacking. You can't put words in my mouth if they are clearly stated right in front of you... Please pay better attention. Have a nice night.

Hello, at first I must say, that I know that anything me or anyone else will say here, couldn't persuade jitspoe to take this ban away.
Nevertheless I know this boy (jopes) and he only puts some text on the players, it means for example text "5p" on the back of the player, so I dont think, that this text will help him in fight.
BTW: I am happy that this player can't play, because 5p clan is our(CzS clan's) biggest rival in local league (Czech and Slovak league) and he is one from the better players there.

He should have gotten a modified content warning when he started the game with modified textures.
... though he may not have been able to read it...

He was playing today @ OTB pub2 around 1:00, he even talked about how he was globally banned. His name was displayed as -}5p{-J*pes.
