There are so many *ipconnect.de cheaters detected that it's hard to say.

Yea, but most of them resolve to 8*.* or (like me) 21*.*.
91.* is quite rare.

This is interesting. I got to searching the global login system for 91.12.* IP's and here's what I found. The two highlighted values are the two ip's under which the ZGH was detected:
91.12.47.214 = p5B0C2FD6.dip0.t-ipconnect.de
91.12.36.37 = p5B0C2425.dip0.t-ipconnect.de
Note that the IP's are stored in decimal format. Clearly he's abusing the registration system to get certain id's. Stealing names, registering multiple accounts, and cheating. Not looking good for Agent. Looks like I need to disable registrations with mailinator as well.

A 32 day ban is a bit too harmless for me, for all the stuff he did...
Though, I hope he can't evade bans now that his host is banned. (13 hits so far might speak for that ;D)

Block registrations with *@mailinator.com and any other 1-way-email services u know.

had to write a prog to evade the ban and it doesnt really work perfectly so sometimes it still won't let me play.. but 90% of the time it works :)

Yeah... except you can't, because 91.12.* is banned. I also found it amusing when you created an imaginary person to "witness" you playing while banned, then goofed up and used your own AIM name once. Oops. I'm not sure what you plan to accomplish by spreading a myth that the global ban system can be evaded.
