I did an IP check, and it is indeed Termin8oR's IP, but since he was using the ZGH client, he couldn't log in and had to use alternative names. I thought the GT match servers required logins. Maybe that setting has been changed.

This is not true because i was playing logged in with [CC]Bix and didnt have any problems, but when i tried to join a match server it said Temp-Banned.
I was matching with the clan today with build 19 while logged in.
This is not making any sense to me.
I will allow a PC search to prove i dont have hacks of any kind.

i don't see any GT match servers listed there in the detection, just public servers, aside from the one otb match server.

I never hacked and this is a huge misunderstanding and is being blown out of proportion for no reason.

I've explained this many times - if I kick people live, it makes it far too easy for people to test cheats and find out if they're detectable or not. Also, there's the potential for false positives, malicious servers, and other things that could cause people to be banned incorrectly if it were an automated process.

That is what happened to me.
I finished playing a pub server and went to join a match server and got temp-banned for nothing.

No, what happened to you was I reviewed the cheat detection logs, found you using ZGH multiple times, and added you to the global ban list. Auto-banning doesn't even exist, so you're not coming up with very good excuses.

Ok. Make it so next time they connect to a server they're global banned? You seem to not check the hack review list all too often, maybe give someone else some access to it?

That won't change the fact that someone can realize they didn't get kicked, thus their hacks aren't being found, and they can hack without fear... and even worse, spread around these undetectable hacks.

Either way, if its undetectable they arent going to get caught. I don't see where you're going with your point but ok. I know if I were to make a hack and see that I haven't been caught by looking on the forums once a day then whatever. I don't see how thats better than you loading a hack via in game and it banning you right there.

That statement might be correct, but if someone really wanted to hack, he'd try a new hack, wait for like 1-2 week(s) and would also know that those hacks he is using are undetactable.
Of course I don't know about technical problems ;)

But in the meantime, while Jits is writing code that can detect it, the hacker is distrubiting it. Instead of one day a hacker logging on and getting kicked then informing people, everyone is caught via the secret detection stuff.
Not flawless, just a stall.

Many people "test" the cheats before they use them actively. Termi was playing under the name "Penis" when he first started using the cheat. If the ban was automated and immediate, it would ban on a name nobody knew or cared about. By waiting a bit and manually reviewing the data, I was able to determine exactly who it was and ban a relatively well known player.

You can always re-install the game, defeats the purpose of uninstalling it.
A permanent ban wouldn't be bad either.
