I saw 5p Steel today in pub http://www.megaupload.com/fi/?d=OOKACJRI
Time was like 1:25 pm in Finland. Server was OTB Pub 3
The guy was speedhacking like you can see in demo above.

please I know it that rather heavy to believe :( but I was not me! it was my brother !!!!!! I do not know it how is needed my brother was playing in my name!,, we have a common computer ,, I was not me!! I know it that this does not exempt from under nothing, I know it with a word that global ban get! ~sorry for my bad english~

Steel, your IP will be banned, so both you and your brother won't be able to play. Beat him up for that or w/e :P

Without ip? I will search the logs in an hour or so and then jitspoe will decide, but i think you will get one.

He was playing with the name -}5p{-STEEL:P. The :P should be converted to a @. Do you have -}5p{-STEEL@ in the logs anywhere?
Steel: Even if it was your brother, since you both share the same computer, you will both be banned if I ban either one of you.
Edit: Actually, it was -}5p{-Steel@, if your searches are case sensitive.

I have a solution, beat up your brother. Or even better, if he plays games on a video game console, delete his profiles, that'll teach him.
