A couple people have requested this - add xfire to go along with AIM, display email, etc.

I love xfire. +1 I wish more people who play this game actually use it. If you guys haven't noticed, Digital Paint just got xfire 2.0 support.

Xfire is basically AIM or MSN for gamers. You can message people most games with out having to alt-tab or ctrl-esc out of the game.
You can also take screen shots in game and they have just come out with a video capture feature, much like fraps.

I've noticed, and I've tried it. For some reason it causes me lag every other second or so while open (i.e. the cursor freezes then moves normally then freezes then moves normally etc.)

I have noticed the same thing not just in DP. COD4 single player has the same issue so hopefully it is just a minor bug that will hopefully get sorted out soon or I am going to find a way to go back the old version. 2.0 is just more handy but I think I can survive with out it if I need to. The xfire forums get a lot of traffic so I am sure the developers know about the issue.

It has had xfire support for a while now, just not the full blown version with the mouse.

I do know that it doesn't have problems in every game. I've played Archlord some (a free mmorpg) and 2.0 never has problems there.

Hi!

Skype gets more and more important in the Paintball2 everyday life, so I would add a box where you can enter your Skype name.

This wouldn't be difficult to add while I'm in there for that, so I guess vote for that and I'll try to do both at once when I get to it.

An option to add your Skype name on the global login profile.

Also, an option to add what voice client you use, e.g. Teamspeak3 and what server, I.P, channel w/e you regularly use e.g. otb-server.de

Perhaps these should be two separate feature votes(?)

Thats nothing really to do with what my suggestion was. Most EU players now use skype to communicate with other players (either using voice or mainly just typing to ask if they want to play etc.)

I see alot of people now typing in their skype name into boxes which are now relatively useless on dplogin, such as AIM screen-name and YIM screen-name.

I think better boxes to add would be the two I suggested, skype and Voice client. This would be very easy for jitspoe to do, especially compared to making an in-game voice client...(which would be way cooler but highly unlikely to happen).
