Author Topic: Do you have multiple global login accounts? (Read 92754 times)

As i was a newbie, not long ago(I'm playing for 2 years now) i somehow couldn't login anylonger, so i created a new account. This happened twice, so i have 3 accounts.

1) theravenger96
2) Rockyar_96
3) RoCkYaR

I think my brother created loneyard, too, with same ip adress, but don't ban this one.

It would be nice if you would some delete the first two accounts, if it's possible.

PS: I think it would be nice if you could delete your dplogin account, that would have solved my problem. (and i think many other people see this the same way.)

PPS: It would be nice if someone would edit my forum-name to "RoCkYaR", because this is the name i wish to play in future, and which I'm actually using in present.

Hmm, well I might as well report this. I made an account to play on the downstairs computer which I then passed onto my sister. She never adopted the account to herself because quake games make her feel sick, and the computer is long gone now, so the account isn't in anyone's use. I needed to use the downstairs computer because my room with my own computer in it was reserved for other people to use that day. I didn't use my own account because I was never intending to play on that computer after that day was over (and because I'm too lazy to type passwords o.o), and most of the populated servers were login only at that time, which was an issue for me and my sister if she ever intended to play.

It's a bit weird to say this, but my offence isn't that I created multiple accounts, but that I used another persons account even though she didn't know of it beforehand.

I hope that the ban isn't multiplied because of my previous ban.

And no, I don't want that name. It was just a temporary name for the account that nobody else would want. She didn't end up playing so there was no reason to change it.

200k+ ID.. that wasn't a long time ago. Moreover you are able to delete your old names and add new ones. There is no need to create a new account.

I think I got banned. I just made a new account and I am pretty sure I already had an account under his exact username.

my profile firefoxx04 has been used on several different computers.. just not at the same time. does that count? Im confused as to why this would be a problem if someone had multiple user accounts.

It's only for creating additional accounts. Not if you use the same one on multiple computers.

What about several people using their own account on the same IP address? My brother, father and I regularly play on my server together. On the outside it would look as though one person is using three accounts within my household.

Just a thought. I dont see why it would be a problem to have multiple accounts in the first place but thats not my call to make.
