No, It was already being talked about before he admitted. Since somebody reported before he admitted its not considered confessing im pretty sure.

16 days because he was reported before admitting, and it was pretty obvious from the logs and the people we talked to that it was his second account.  If you have multiple accounts and just want an 8 day ban, you need to come clean BEFORE being reported, otherwise there's no motivation to come clean - people will just wait until they get caught.
