Seems libvorbis is still required for the server.  I thought we fixed that.  Oh well.  I went ahead and made this an "official" release, since nobody has reported any issues with it.

Same thing.  Nothing needed to be changed.

Cmon man.. you barely gave us a chance to test it. We haven't had a stable Linux server release since B21.

Mirror at GarrettW.net (NY, USA) has now been updated with the new version's files.

Ah, but did you notice how I put "NY" in my last post? It's not "AZ" anymore. ;)

Why, yes I did.  That's why it shows up properly on the files page.

¬_¬    <_<

For some reason, I was thinking it was always NY.

Heh, no, it wasn't ... and I'm to blame for the server-switching. If I end up staying with my current host for any length of time, the files will remain in NY.

You're still running the 1.915 version of gamex86.dll.  1.916 comes with build 27.  You must have just copied the paintball2.exe over or somehow missed some files.

Seems I missed the gamex86.dll file or used the wrong one with the installer, so if you're running a windows server, I have the new DLL here: http://dplogin.com/files/servers/gamex86_1916.zip

Is it just me, or does the 68carb1.wav have a slight ring or echo to it now? I noticed it after shooting the carbine for a while and it got slightly annoying... Meh, could just be my hearing.

b16 is very good, but to play in OTB servers you need b26, not bad, but I agree with Rocky I can't ear a think, and althought I like the effects of the balls in the barrels, I don't like some guns sounds.

Did you turn the game volume up?  The new sounds are quieter to avoid clipping, and as a result, you'll have to turn your volume up a bit.
