By my opinion, there is a lot of best players, all of them are on the + - same high skill level (in their country), so there is no sence to discuss who is better or worse. But if I should vote. The most smartest guy is definitely getek (hes CZE like me ;-)), best aimer/jumper/rusher is RoX (GER). Others are only these who are nearest to them..
Others are good, but they miss something...

I don't know how in states... But in eu are these two best, best aimers both, getek is smart and rox is jumper. I wish to see these two guys in match
