[Feature] Toggle Crouch

This is already possible with aliases, but I thought it would be good for new players to have an option in the key binding screen for a toggle crouch.  I personally prefer a toggle crouch to having to continuously hold the crouch button down.  There would still be a bind for the normal crouch.
