New York FINAL RELEASE

This is the final release of New York! Server admins, particularly those of pub and speed servers, if you think this map would be a good addition to your rotation, feel free to add it in.

I've put this in rotation on the ev1 server.  A couple things I noticed:

The mapinfo file doesn't have the actual [mapinfo] section with the supported game modes and such in it.  The mapshot is too large and not a power of 2 texture.  I put a scaled version here: http://dplogin.com/files/pics/mapshots/new_york.jpg
