This could be done by community if you provide some information how you would like it to be made and i.e. give map project for active tutorial map.

I would put it kinda higher, so maybe other things could benefit from it, like tutorial map giving a link to double jump tutorial on wiki (embed from youtube?).

I have no idea how you are going to make it, so probably you will spend quite some time on it just to produce kinda crappy results.
Making good friend list would probably involve reworking ingame server browser, so I think it is not going to work out. I found my server browser to be much more flexible and nice (If anybody wants to get it, feel free to PM).

Also, I feel like 90% of this features won't be made in 2013 or 2014. Jitspoe is trying to go too many ways at once. Maybe skip/postpone most time-consuming things and make easiest things first? I.e.: You started both making wiki and tutorial map, both aren't done, maybe do it first? Instead our last download still has crappy resolution, tutorial map that just fires when you start game (which is annoying because ppl doesn't know how to disable it) and no good place for documentation.

Maybe those are hard to make? I don't think making it would pay off in increasing userbase which is probably biggest concern for most people including Jitspoe.

There's plenty of wiki related stuff, it's just not exactly easy to find.

High-res textures should be still prioritised first, as it'll have a chance at settling all of this texture debate currently going on, and at least make things fair.

HR4 sky textures for pbskies 1, 2, and 3, unit1_, arctic1, and maybe c2nite? And Jits if you don't have time for this then someone else can make an "unofficial" hr4 sky texture pack.

I don't think this is high-priority, especially if you're going to try and make the bots better, so it can wait.

Higher res skies shouldn't be too difficult since I purchased a copy of Terragen, so I can render higher-resolution versions of the skies I have (if I can dig up the source projects).  It's just one of the bazillion things I haven't gotten around to doing yet.

Edit: Actually, seeing how far Terragen has come along, I may want to re-do them in Terragen 3.  I might have to re-purchase it to get 1024x1024 support, though. :\

The stars are too big in pbsky3. I'd like to see them smaller, it would look more realistic and visually appealing.

Dunno if it's too late to put in input- but ranking would make this game for me. Auto-leagues.
