You wont find the setup file. Just wait till that  notification appears...
Try to download it with the lil tool ms send to all win 7/win 8.1 PCs,wich is on your taskbar's notification area. (Its called Get Windows 10, process name: GWX.
The only problem is that GWX says it's still reserved, not saying anything else. D:

I have to admit this whole windows 10 free upgrade thing reminds me of Kingsman: The Secret Service.
Why would everyone want to do the upgrade so badly that you can't even wait two more weeks? Home users are forced to become beta testers, you can't completely stop your OS from telling microsoft what you are doing with it (unless using Enterprise, and the default settings are pretty much: We'll just record every keypress you do, just don't mind it) - did I miss any huge advantages that are worth these two things? And no, Dx12 is not that much of an advantage that I would take it.

You cant do anything else..
Only solution: grab MS's upgrade tool (not GWX)

OK, that worked. Now I'm running Win10! Now, paintball2 doesn't work. D: Here's an image on what it said:
My video card is: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)

EDIT1: I ran Windows Update, said the video card is up to date.

Seems like w10 is so buggy, Sound bugs in windows, Start menu freezing sometimes, control panel freezing sometimes so I'm back to sweet 8.1.

+ http://www.gnu.org/proprietary/malware-microsoft.html  after reading this one, I will probably stay with 8.1 haha.

There's a ton of issues with AACS as well (the way hollywood is trying to get rid of pirating). Huge waste of computing power, and it is allowed to monitor your system constantly to check if you play one of their precious movies. The other 99.9% of the time you aren't watching their movies, it still wastes power. Invasive and wasteful.

While I do respect some of the things Richard Stallman and his ilk at the FSF have done for the world of software, I don't fully subscribe to his sometimes fanatical ideology. It may be naive of me, but many of the points made on that page do nothing to sway me. Taken as a whole, that page does tilt me in the direction of Linux a slight bit, but when I look at each individual point, few speak to me in a meaningful way.
Here are the ones that really bother me:

- "secret NSA key in Windows"
- "Microsoft SkyDrive allows the NSA to directly examine users' data."

But neither of those are specific to Win10, so being that I'm already on 8.1, I'm not too apprehensive about upgrading once the minor post-release bugs are fixed.

Anyone had an opposite effect? I'm kinda frustrated about it, I open up a game and my fps starts at about 200-350. Then it gradually over about 5 minutes slows down to about 50 fps. I was just playing propaint in a match and was getting constant 40ish fps everywhere.

cl_minfps doesn't seem to help
