Yes that is correct.
CheckMate -cM8t.

Btw, you might want to invest some time into perfecting the rules as JMR suggested as that has caused some issues before. Some things to think about: Who picks map first, decide on map pool (teams don't like getting map pool the last day), if you go with 1 map NA 1 map EU (for NA vs EU) then how are the servers decided, who picks server first, how is the tie decided etc, is there going to be a stream (you might want to talk to JMR about that, he has done that before, also I will probably be streaming our games if you don't mind it) and that's all I can think about atm.

DTR will propably participate.
I will also host some servers.

P.S.
We've started working on the DPLeague project, wish us good luck.
Also, if you know the Python programming language (py 2.7+mod_python), you are invited to join the dev team.

Thanks prozajik for supporting us
Yes i am back from holidays tomorrow than i start creating a website usw.
That is a fun tournament so you can add some good 3s maps to the mappool if you like
How the picking of the maps look like?
I will create a huge mappool and will random five maps out of chosen maps of the pool
First the two teams can ban a map (cant be picked by both of the teams or be the tie map anymore) than 3 maps are left and boh teams choose their maps and the last map which hasnt been banned or picked so far will be the tie

Is team_x gonna make it?

We disbanded a long time ago. I'm not sure how many of us still play. I know I haven't played regularly in years.

Thanks Chemical for offering us your help
Maybe (i am not sure yet) we need you as a commentator because you are an very experienced player so you know what the teams try to reach with their plays

I will add until the 28th if we need you as a commentator ;D

Chemical do you have a program like fraps to record the tournament and a headset for good sound quality?

Not sure for what you want fraps, but don't use fraps for streaming, it's not even possible I think. If you are going to cast the game, use OBS and save the source file while you are streaming -> 2 birds with 1 stone.

Also, if you want to just record something, you can use OBS as well, it's free unlike Fraps and has many more settings.

And don't know if you meant it like that, but headset doesn't influence the sound quality of your recording.

Some tips since you don't seem to be really experienced with streaming:
1)Use OBS, best tool out there by far, it's free and has tons of plugins and use that much performance to render preview like other tools.
2)Stream 720p with 30fps, unless you have powerhouse PC you will be happy to get this without stutter.
3)You need powerful CPU and decent internet. Either really good Intel i5 or decent i7, otherwise you won't probably be able to stream HD (720p).
4)Use bitrate around 2000, your CPU and internet won't probably be able to handle much more
5)1080p 60 fps = 6000 bitrate, 720p 60 fps = 3000-4000 bitrate, 720p 30 fps = 2000 bitrate
6)Record DP in borderless, otherwise the stream is going to go black everytime you alt tab
7)Use twitch.tv

Well that's probably all I can think of right now

The headset quality is because we may need him as a commentator. Were talking about the mic.
