I was asked last night for a match server 2 times, I told people to go to irc and use the dpmatch channel and it had links to use the servers we have avail, seems no one uses irc (that is a shame) as people have worked very hard there to set up scripts and it has been covered here in the forums on a few occasions..
Here is the link to MY match servers for those that do not use irc, I have 3 avail at this time for your usage.. on a dedicated VPS connection , not a home cable modem.
Also 32 player Team Speak is loaded ready for use links to both are on the website.
