He lives near to me.80.139. is a dynamic IP so it would be ,for now,almost impossible to ban him.Unfortunately i've got the same IP(80.139.****) and the same Provider...

I guess you're both right, Jitspoe can ban him forever on various IPs, but digi is right in the fact that he'll evade it. There is nothing to do, at least without sacrificing oOoOz and others. Perhaps Jitpsoe's question, asked in jest, is valid, and we need to find a better solution very soon.

I think that if they evade the IP ban, then the hardware ban should be forever.

Why not just have a 2nd chance after hardware bans are implemented, wipe the slates clean (except recent offenders)? Then if they choose to cheat again, ban them once and don't think of it ever again.

I'm in a second chance mood, maybe because my state just passed a law that would give a life in prison to anyone selling drugs within 1000 feet of a park. (A tougher penalty than murder, which is 7-20yrs)
