They were both cheating. Shark/vape may not have done it intentionally, but since they shared the same computer, the cheat was still installed for both of them.

For all guys with a dynamic IP:

Do NOT live near to folks that keep their systems running while mowing the lawn.
IP range-bans affect lots of clean players. So, those guys need to meet each other and beat the hell out of the culprit(s).

Tip:
Normally hackers are easily to spot. You only need to walk around in back yards looking for 12yrs old kids yelling "OMG!! I BEATZ THE CHEET DETECTION!!2!" while cutting grass.

Homie: That's not really possible since they both use the same computer, plus the cheat was detected under Vape's name as well. He may not have intentionally used it, but he did use it.
