you need to set the name before you join the server.  you got kicked when the GLS service saw a -)MeJu(-noname, and you changed your nickname after that request-response cycle.

why is that?
Your name is probably too long with colors.  Names are limited to 29 characters.  Colors take 2 each, in addition to the characters you're coloring.
