Almost seems like snap to grid.

When I play the game in any resolution/refresh rate and move my mouse the cross hairs seem to jerk about the screen making the game almost unplayable. I did not have a problem until I updated the game. I tried using a older version and still the problem persists. Any thoughts?

Think thats whats causing it. Try disabling it.
