My picture wont move

I need help.My picture wont move but this is one of those pictures  that is supposed to move.Do you no what happed or what is happening.PLz give me some answers. :-X

if you are speaking of your avitar image. the "Do the Dew" one under your name. its a jpg and not a animated gif!

Did you try and resize the original image? My guess is you resized it, but whatever you used to resize it doesn't support gif resizing?
