Committee elections spring 2011

The 'recent' committee elections have been finalized. The current committee has picked their favorite 3 members of all the applications to give them a chance as committee member.

The following members are replaced:
- Rewind
- Asthor
- Dude

Their spots will be taken over by:
- Idias
- HiVoltage
- Delphi

Kyuuchi is currently too busy and has given us info that he would like to get replaced. F3l1x will be his replacement.
