Automatically drop your existing equipment when you walk over something better and
pick up the new item.  Ideally, clients would be able to specify if they wanted the
feature enabled and a prioritized order of weapons.  This could also be used to set
the PGP as the preferred weapon for players who want to play with only the PGP and
not worry about picking up other guns.
